30-Night Sleep Guarantee
We believe in our products. Try any GroundRest product for 30 nights. If you're not satisfied with your experience, return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in reasonable condition (normal use during the 30-night trial is expected)
- All components must be returned (sheet + cord, kit items together, etc.)
- Bundles and kits must be returned as a complete set
Non-Returnable Items
- Grounding cords (replacement cords purchased separately)
- Grounding testers (purchased separately, not as part of a kit)
- Products damaged through misuse (bleach, fabric softener damage, etc.)
How to Return
- Contact us at support@groundrest.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return label — we will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days
- Ship the product — pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location
- Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Return Shipping
For returns within the 30-Night Sleep Guarantee, we cover return shipping costs. You will receive a prepaid return label.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
- Original shipping charges (if any) are refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice
- You do not need to return the damaged item
